An 18-year-old Jefferson Park neighborhood man was fatally shot earlier this month in West Garfield Park.
Aden Ramirez, 18, was shot in the chest around 7:40 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 3800 block of West West End Avenue, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
Ramirez, of the 5400 block of North Linder Avenue, went to Loretto Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Area 4 detectives were investigating.
