A 16-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to his abdomen and walked himself to Illinois Masonic Hospital early Sunday, Chicago police said.
He was in critical condition after being shot in the 5700 block of North Pulaski Road in the North Park neighborhood, according to police. Officers were called to the hospital around 4:45 a.m.
No additional information about the incident was shared, and no one is in custody, police said.
