The man, 49, refused assistance and retreated inside his boat, prompting a SWAT response, police said.<\/p>\n<p>He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for an evaluation, police said. A firearm was recovered from the boat.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported.
